About the role

Maintains assigned basic medical imaging equipment and support systems. Responds to basic support requests. Interviews customers to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response. Diagnoses, resolves and closes basic medical imaging equipment issues according to service level guidelines. Performs routine image quality and safety checks, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on basic medical imaging equipment and support systems. Demonstrates understanding of customer service policies and procedures, continuously develops depth and breadth of technical competencies. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements

  • High School degree or GED.
  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.

Pay

$30.24 - $45.36 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Schedule

Full Time, 40.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks).
