Imaging & Bindery Shift Supervisor

About the role

The Imaging & Bindery Shift Supervisor at Freedom, a leading direct mail provider, is responsible for ensuring all imaging and bindery machines operate efficiently and overseeing production.

Responsibilities

• Makes sure all Digital Presses and offline equipment are running at the highest capacity.
• Adds addresses any personnel or quality control issues.
• Ensures quality and production of all jobs.
• Responsible to give and receive a proper turnover to entering and exiting supervisor.
• Verifies all paperwork is completed and correct (i.e. production sheet, attendance, quality control write-ups, and write-ups during shift).
• Oversees the operation of all equipment that apply to job (i.e. roll machines, Bowes, folders, etc.).
• Supervises 10-15 employees and one (1) assistant.
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems.
• Oversees the maintenance of all equipment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Overtime and weekend work required.
