• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
