About the Role

We are seeking skilled mediators to join our network in Illinois, serving clients across a variety of practice areas including business, commercial, contract, employment, landlord tenant, partnership disputes, real estate, small claims, and workplace conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate mediation sessions for parties involved in disputes across multiple practice areas
• Guide discussions to help parties reach mutually agreeable resolutions
• Maintain neutrality and professionalism throughout all mediation proceedings
• Document mediation agreements and outcomes as required

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mediation or alternative dispute resolution
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: business, commercial, contract, employment, landlord tenant, partnership disputes, real estate, small claims, or workplace mediation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to remain impartial and manage high-conflict situations effectively
