About the role

Cadence Care Network seeks to build a cohesive team of managers and staff who are committed to delivering quality service to the children and families they serve. The collective goal is to evolve and provide services that meet the changing needs of the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide Intensive home-based treatment (IHBT) for child/adolescent and family that integrates community psychiatric supportive treatment (CPST), Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), mental health assessment, mental health crisis response, individual service plan delivery, behavioral health counseling and therapy service, and social services.
• Work towards either preventing out-of-home placement or facilitating a successful transition back to home.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Licensed by the State of Ohio as a LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Valid Driver License, Auto Insurance, and the provision of a vehicle for work purposes.

Pay

$5,000 sign on bonus plus $2,000 quarterly bonuses
