About the role
The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home
- Support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication
- Work with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders
- Work with children on the autism spectrum
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting
- Highly desirable: Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders
- Desirable: Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
Qualifications
- Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone for FFS positions
- Must have access to high speed secure internet for Full Time positions

Pay
Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
Schedule
Early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day
