About the role
The role of Instructor Pilot involves leading flight training programs, mentoring new pilots, and ensuring all training meets industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor new pilots in various flight training programs
- Ensure all training sessions adhere to industry safety and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to improve pilot performance
- Develop and implement new training methods and curricula
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or related field
- At least 1,500 hours of flight time
- Commercial Pilot License
- Passion for aviation and teaching
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Proficient in aircraft systems and operations
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and policies
- Experience with flight simulators
- Effective time management and organizational skills

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
