This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint. The role is primarily remote, though occasional in-person meetings may be required.

About the role

Partners with business owners and the Information Technology Applications manager to utilize identity access management solutions for user identities, authentication, and authorization to resources. Streamlines and helps automate access processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of access provisioning. Supports the Bank’s workforce by ensuring timely and accurate administration and management of access privileges.

Responsibilities

  • Provides efficient administration of user access to systems maintained by the Bank’s Operations team.
  • Coordinates across business lines and the Information Technology Applications team to identify access requirements and assists in integrating these requirements into identity access management tools and processes.
  • Analyzes Security Administration processes and workflows, recommends improvements for efficiency and effectiveness, and helps implement solutions.
  • Establishes and analyzes identities, roles, and access assignments; develops and maintains role-based access control.
  • Supports identity access management tools; ensures incident investigation and resolution.
  • Reviews, develops, and maintains security administration processes and procedures.
  • Configures, analyzes, and maintains the Identity Access Management (IAM) tool to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinates timely incident and problem resolution with vendors.
  • Recommends, analyzes, and supports integration of additional systems/applications into IAM and Active Directory-LDAP.
  • Assists in coaching and training other staff members on identity management functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years of technology-related job experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Identity and Access Management tools (preferred).
  • Prior related internship or work experience (a plus).
  • Information Technology-related technical certification (a plus).
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to plan and organize work efficiently.
  • Technical knowledge of Windows operating systems (a plus).
  • Good working knowledge of day-to-day operating environments, hardware and software tools, operating techniques, and client applications.
  • Must display initiative and assertiveness.

Additional Information

Banking is a highly regulated industry. You will be expected to acquire and maintain proficiency in the bank’s policies and procedures, adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
