About the role

We are currently looking for a Japanese Teacher for a one-to-one general language course in Nashville, United States.

• Total hours: 20 (13–1½-hour session package)
• Session length: two hours
• Location: Nashville Public Library, Thompson Lane Branch, 37215, Nashville
• Student level: beginner
• Student age: 13 years old
• Motivation: student’s school language requirement and an upcoming trip

Schedule

• Once per week on Friday at 1:30 pm or 1:45 pm (this session replaces the student’s last class of the week and will be counted as his language class)
• Start date: as soon as possible
• Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability

Requirements

• Be a native Japanese speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter
• Have a valid work permit/visa
• Live within 20 miles of the specified location

Pay

Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
