ICU RN (PT) (Nights)

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. The role is ideal for nurses with 1–2 years of Med/Surg experience interested in advancing into critical care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Promote patient- and family-centered care
• Educate patients on managing their conditions post-treatment
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Perform physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments
• Address patient preferences and barriers to care

Requirements

• RN licensure
• Nursing diploma or associate’s degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• 2+ years of nursing experience (preferred)
