We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU - Intensive Care Unit role.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care
- Assessing and evaluating patient needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Promoting patient and family-centered care
- Ensuring safety and quality compliance
- Maintaining alertness and adherence to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma or associate's degree
- RN licensure
- ICU experience preferred
- A bachelor's degree and less than two years of experience are also advantageous
