About the role
The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in ICU, providing direct patient care in a high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring clear communication across care levels.
- Respond to emergency codes and support critical care needs within a 4-bed ICU setting.
Qualifications
- RN license required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- ICU experience necessary; no prior experience required for entry-level candidates.
