About the role
Seeking a skilled ICU nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a Level 1 Trauma Center within the ICU and Step-Down ICU units.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process to care for critically ill patients
- Administering medications and treatments per standards and laws
- Documenting patient care accurately
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans
- Participating in performance improvement activities and shared governance
- Providing clinical guidance to other departments
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- Current IL nursing license, CPR, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with education verification
