Registered Nurse (RN) ICU Float Pool Cedars-Sinai Medical Center | West Hollywood, CA Assignment: 13 Weeks Shift: Night | 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM 7:30 AM) Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to critically ill ICU patients. Monitor and manage ventilators, central lines, arterial lines, and Swan Ganz catheters. Administer IV medications, blood products, and vasoactive drips. Perform cardiac monitoring, interpret ECGs/ABGs, and respond to emergencies. Float to ICU, Stepdown, MS/Telemetry, PCU, and Overflow PACU as needed. Document patient care using Epic EMR. Requirements Active California RN License Minimum 2 years of ICU experience Experience in a 400+ bed acute care hospital Epic EMR experience PA Line (Swan Ganz) experience required BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications First-time travelers accepted if experience requirements are met Preferred CCRN certification Transplant, Cardiac, Neuro, or Trauma ICU experience CRRT and EVD experience Note: Floating is required. Weekend coverage required. Flu vaccine mandatory.
