ICU Registered Nurse - Hourly Rate

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) ICU - Intensive Care Unit to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, acute care setting. Key responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Nurses will educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medications, while promoting a healing environment centered on patient and family needs. Qualifications and skills include an RN license, a Nursing diploma or associate degree, with preferred qualifications of a Bachelor's degree and <2 years of ICU experience. Additional duties involve participating in professional development, developing individualized care plans, and communicating effectively across the continuum of care. Work environment includes critical procedures such as central line insertions, intra-aortic balloon pump management, and code blue responses.
