About the role
We are seeking a ICU Registered Nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care in a full-time, night shift role.
Responsibilities
- Constructing and implementing individualized care plans based on nursing knowledge
- Coordinating interdisciplinary care and developing goals, treatment, and discharge plans
- Performing purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient needs
Requirements
- Current Nevada nursing license
- At least one year of critical care nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtain ACLS within six months)
