About the role
We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide safe, competent care in a full-time, night shift role.
Responsibilities
- Constructing and implementing personalized care plans based on nursing expertise
- Coordinating interdisciplinary care to develop goals, treatment, and discharge plans tailored to patient needs
- Performing purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs
Qualifications
- Current Nevada nursing license
- At least one year of critical care nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification or within six months of hire
