ICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide inpatient care across various Adult ICU departments, including Cardiothoracic Vascular, Trauma/Surgical, Medical/Cardiac, and Neuroscience ICUs. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering safe, direct patient care while following hospital and departmental policiesDeveloping and implementing individualized care plans with the healthcare teamAssisting with tests, procedures, and emergency interventionsAdministering medications and documenting clinical findings accuratelyParticipating in orientation, precepting new staff, and promoting a positive work environmentEnsuring patient safety by adhering to protocols and reporting concernsMaintaining comprehensive medical records and providing patient/family education Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing programCurrent RN license in the state or reciprocal agreementCPR/BLS certification (must obtain within 30 days if not already certified)Completion of UNMH IV verification within 6 months Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, bilingual abilities, and specialty certification. Skills required: Clinical leadership, teamwork, strong communication, and ability to handle emergency situations. Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and work in hazardous environments when necessary.
