ICU Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Assignment (Night Shift)

Role Overview

Join a healthcare system as a Regional Float ICU RN supporting 11 hospitals across Missouri and Illinois. This position offers long-term assignments at individual hospitals, fostering familiarity with teams and workflows while providing system-wide exposure.

Responsibilities

• Delivering patient-centered critical care in ICU settings
• Serving as a backup for other units as needed
• Promoting safety, quality, and compliance
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Providing education to patients and families
• Advocating for optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• 2+ years ICU experience
• Current RN license (MO and IL)
• Willingness to travel between facilities
• Strong adaptability and communication skills

Education

• ADN, BSN, or MSN

Initial training is a full week of full-time onboarding.
