ICU Nurse

About the role

Deliver high-acuity, compassionate care to critically ill patients in an intensive-care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex clinical assessments of ICU patients.
• Manage ventilators, IV drips, and other critical-care equipment.
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, etc.).
• Support hospital disaster or surge-response efforts as needed.
• Maintain rigorous safety and infection-control standards.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Strong clinical assessment skills specific to critical-care environments.
• Hands-on experience managing ventilators, hemodynamic monitors, and IV infusion devices.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively to medical emergencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
