About the role

Join a full-time night shift RN role in a 6-bed Medical ICU, focused on providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree).
• Current RN license; no prior experience required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
