ICU Clinical Nurse Nights

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, and post-treatment needs.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and participating in professional development.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and barriers.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Valid RN license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
