About the Role
The Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a newly established ICU, serving cardiac, emergency, medicine, surgical, and neuro patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs
- Promote patient safety and regulatory compliance
- Participate in professional development
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and communicate care plans
- Assess patient needs holistically
- Ensure safety in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Nursing diploma or higher (ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted)
- 1-2 years of critical care experience preferred
