ICU Clinical Nurse - Night Shift

Join a dynamic ICU nursing team at a community-based hospital, providing specialized care in a 12-bed medical/surgical intensive care unit. Role & Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engage in ongoing professional development.Develop and document individualized care plans with clear goals, ensuring effective communication across care teams.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, cultural, and spiritual values. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.RN licensure required; open to all experience levels, including new graduates.Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
