ICU Clinical Nurse - Night Shift

About the Role

Provides direct patient care on a medical/surgical unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medications. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, ensuring clear communication across the care continuum. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations. Maintains safety and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development activities. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe practice at all times.

Qualifications

• Required: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing, active RN license, and no prior experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
