ICT Project Manger

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager in Finance/Purchasing to bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager ensures projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and fulfill technical and business requirements while coordinating with third-party vendors, consultants, and IT software partners. This critical role combines technical knowledge, project management skills, and leadership abilities to deliver projects successfully in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values speed, quality, and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; define project objectives and milestones; allocate resources effectively.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders; provide regular status updates and progress reports.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage project change requests to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure technical feasibility, adherence to best practices, and alignment with system architecture and software development standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and product managers; facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reports, and performance metrics.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance/Purchasing, or related field.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets in enterprise environments.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with one or two data and cloud platforms (e.g., Palantier Foundry, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of SAP configuration, master data, and business process flow; experience with SAP Analytics, SAP HANA, SAP AI/Joule.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical project management, software development, or IT project delivery.
• Experience with enterprise system integration and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, mentoring teams, and risk management.
