Apogee Consulting is a full-service Architecture and Engineering firm specializing in healthcare design. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented ICT Consultant to join our team. This critical role involves researching, developing, and producing electrical and low voltage construction drawings while applying expertise in industry concepts, practices, and procedures, with potential consultation on complex projects. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and driven individual with a strong emphasis on critical thinking, effectiveness, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards, achieve desired outcomes, and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop innovative and impactful design solutions that elevate the lives of our users/clients.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, such as the TDMM, ANSI/TIA standards, NFPA 70 (NEC), NFPA 72, and local regulations.
- Prepare and review system specifications for ICT systems, including material requirements, installation methods, and performance standards.
- Design telecommunication systems with minimal supervision from senior staff.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure low voltage systems are integrated into the overall building design.
- Direct and mentor designers and junior engineers in the preparation of ICT system designs, specifications, and documentation.
- Plan and direct designers on effective execution of design tasks, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Science, or a Technical discipline (preferred).
- 6 to 10 years of telecom, IT, security, or other low voltage system design experience.
- Proficient in Revit, Revit 360, and MS Office Suite.
- RCDD certification (required); PE license (a plus).
- Up to 20% travel depending on project.
Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Pay
$110,000 - $160,000 annually.
Schedule
This position will be in the office in an open office work environment with flexibility.
