ICSS Engineer (site) (Aксай 25/05/2021)

Responsibilities

• Read design documents, perform installation, check-out, troubleshooting, and upgrade of electronic instrumentation and end elements that monitor flow, temperature, or pressure in automated or controlled systems environments.
• Follow stepwise commissioning details and assist the ICSS Supervisor in ensuring commissioning work meets project objectives by conducting necessary commissioning development, preparation, and execution.
• Perform Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning Instrumentation/Control activities associated with facilities work scope.
• Test Fire and Gas detection equipment, including Smoke Detectors, Gas Detectors, Heat Detectors, and Flame Detectors.
• Participate in the development and implementation of a long-term preservation and system readiness program for instrumentation and control systems to meet client objectives.
• Follow testing procedures and policies aligned with commissioning best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure safety, operability, and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, preparation, execution, and follow-up in international refinery or petrochemical projects.
• Knowledge of using HART Communicator and hand pump for loop control checks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (speaking/understanding) is preferable.
• EX Certification (COMPEX or similar) is preferable.

28 days on / 28 days off rotation (Aksay).
