Primary Responsibilities
- Approve activity for processing in a timely and accurate manner and based on client directives.
- Respond to and/or annotate compliance reports for assigned accounts or team; ensure proper action is taken to resolve outstanding matters.
- Oversee submission and approval of the team’s annual account reviews to ensure timely completion.
- Serve as primary/secondary contact for assigned/coverage team accounts as well as retirement plan participants and pensioners.
- Resolve complex matters and inquiries, adhering to established Division, client and alliance service standards.
- Provide guidance to less experienced personnel in resolving basic and complex matters as needed.
- Maintain client communications on regulatory, legal, accounting and trust matters.
- Oversee and complete team and individual client billing and resolve aged receivables for client accounts.
- Remain current on industry trends, the competitive environment and regulatory items.
- Partner with Client Development to look for cross-selling and growth opportunities with assigned clients.
- Identify automation and streamlining opportunities to increase efficiency in activities.
- Direct, mentor and/or monitor less experienced personnel on the client processing function.
- Participate in departmental projects and corporate initiatives as requested.
Requirements

- Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $82,100.00 - $136,900.00 Annual (USD).
