ICS Program Supervisor/QP
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide the appropriate support services for our clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes in the Manteo, NC area. This role involves regular travel up to 1.5 hours in the general area to meet the needs of our clients.
As the Program Supervisor, you will oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring high-quality supports that promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement. This role provides direct supervision to direct care staff, ensures compliance with state, federal, and agency standards, and supports the development and implementation of individualized service plans. The Program Supervisor fosters a positive team culture grounded in Easterseals PORT Health values of Accountability, Commitment, and Caring.
Responsibilities
- Oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by an entity approved by USDOE or CHEA.
- Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license, good driving record, and insurability.
- Reliable transportation that allows movement throughout the program delivery area.

Schedule
Full-time, salaried position. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
