ICM Team Lead

About the role

Intensive Case Management serving individuals with a mental health diagnosis, developmental disabilities, and/or addictive diseases.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour break.

Pay

$65,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Intensive Case Management department.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and individual supervision.
• Complete monthly reports at the agency and state levels.
• Attend internal and external meetings.
• Complete Biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning/monitoring, transition, and discharge.
• Provide counseling therapy to clients requiring complex intervention.
• Perform commitment determination and/or execute orders of involuntary commitments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
• Fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Experience with case management services, managing programs, and supervising staff.
• Experience in behavioral health.
• Valid driver’s license; position may require transporting individuals.
