ICM Outpatient Therapist (26-123)
About the role
The ICM Outpatient Therapist position at Network180 involves working in an integrated case management service that adheres to NCQA guidelines for the Patient-Centered Medical Home. This role is part of a multidisciplinary team including a psychiatrist, registered nurse, medical assistant, case managers, outpatient therapists, and peer support specialists. The team focuses on treating consumers with serious mental illness and substance use disorders using evidence-based therapeutic treatments.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with mental health and substance use disorders.
- Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Assess patient needs and progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient cases and develop comprehensive care strategies.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and regulatory standards.
- Engage in professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Licensed in the State of Michigan in one of the following: LLMSW, LLPC, LLC, LMSW, LPC, LP, LMFT.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and bridge language/cultural barriers.
Qualifications
- CAADC certification through MCBAP or a development plan for the credential.
- Training and experience in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
- Lived experiences with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders are valued.

Pay
$27.49 - $36.44 per hour, final job offer based on internal equity, skills, education, experience, and credentials.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No weekends, on-call, or holiday requirements.
