About the role

This role supports facilities management, business management consulting, street cleaning, snow removal, janitorial services, parking garage maintenance and cleaning, parking meter upkeep, lot cleaning, and sweeping operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities management and janitorial services across multiple client sites
• Coordinate street cleaning, lot sweeping, and parking meter maintenance schedules
• Manage snow removal operations during winter weather events
• Supervise cleaning crews and ensure quality control standards are met
• Develop and implement business management consulting strategies for operational efficiency
• Conduct site inspections and generate performance reports
• Respond to client requests and resolve service issues promptly
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in facilities management, janitorial services, or related field
• Proven experience managing cleaning, sweeping, or snow removal operations
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts during snow events
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
• Certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA, BOMI) a plus
• Experience with parking garage maintenance and meter systems preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
