Ice Cream Materials General Utility - Palletizer (Team C)

Responsibilities

• Perform and record all sanitation duties as required within the ice cream materials team, including MSS tasks and manual cleaning of equipment.
• Record all quality assurance (QA) tests and checks for the ice cream materials team areas.
• Communicate effectively through all systems and processes, including computer programs and the KPI board.
• Perform and record all required tasks within the materials team areas, such as palletizing, tray operation, and ice cream receiving.
• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and make adjustments in the palletizing room, poly tray, and tri tray area as necessary.
• Receive incoming deliveries, supply required materials to production, and maintain inventory levels for all stocked materials.
• Use a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) to load, unload, and stage ingredients and packaging.
• Perform all duties within established safety guidelines, including adhering to Safety in Motion, LOTO procedures, wearing appropriate PPE, Clarity, BAPP observations, and using the correct tools.
• Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
• Achieve and maintain all required certifications for regulatory compliance.
• Obtain and maintain all required certification for Power Industrial Trucks (PITs).
• Have basic skills in data entry and user interface.
• Be able to rotate and perform multiple roles within the department.
• Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements.
• Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of SQF Food Safety and Quality.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Adherence to work hours scheduled, including start, end, lunch, and break times.
• Compliance with GMP regulations and safety guidelines.
• Accountability to Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles.

Qualifications

• Basic skill level in data entry and user interface.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and/or push/pull 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Schedule

Rotating 12-hour shifts from 5:55pm to 6:00am.
