We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes sections: The Role, What You'll Be Responsible For (with subheadings), We're Looking For Someone Who, Education & Experience, What You'll Get, Working Environment, Pay, Bonus, Benefits, Why join us? etc. We must use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map headings accordingly. We should not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc). Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. Keep substantive info. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: could be "The Role" paragraph. - Responsibilities: could be "What You'll Be Responsible For" with subpoints (Safety & Compliance, Maintenance Leadership, Equipment Reliability & Asset Management, Operational Support, Planning & Execution, Continuous Improvement). Those could be subheadings? But we only have

for section headings; we could use

for each major responsibility area? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So likely we should have sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can also include other sections if they have real content. However we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine. We have content for: - About the role: description of role (The Role paragraph). Could be under

About the role

. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet points under What You'll Be Responsible For). Could be under

Responsibilities

with
  • each major area? Or we could list each duty as
  • . The subheadings inside responsibilities could be omitted or we could keep them as part of
  • text. - Requirements: could combine "We're Looking For Someone Who" (skills/knowledge) and "Education & Experience". Could be under

    Requirements

    with
    • each bullet. - Qualifications: maybe not needed separate. - Skills: maybe part of Requirements. - Benefits: we have "What You'll Get" describing benefits package. Also separate Benefits section later. Could combine under

      Benefits

. - Pay: we have Pay range and Bonus info. Could be under

      Pay

(including bonus). Schedule not given, so omit. - Schedule: not present, so omit. - Working Environment: could be under

      Working Environment

but not in list of allowed headings? The instruction gave examples but not exclusive; we can include other headings if they have real content. However they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests those are typical but not limited. Safer to stick to those headings. But we have working environment info; maybe we can fold into About the role or Responsibilities? Could add a

      Working Environment

if we think it's allowed. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." implies examples, not exclusive. So we can add others. But they also said: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid too many sections. Maybe combine Working Environment into About the role or Responsibilities. We also have "Why join us?" which is promotional; could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but could be considered fluff. Might be okay to include under a section like "About the company" but not required. Probably we can omit as it's not essential. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep all details from the posting, but we can reformat. Thus we need to include all details: The Role paragraph, responsibilities bullet points (including subpoints), the "We're Looking For Someone Who" bullet list, Education & Experience bullet list, What You'll Get bullet list, Working Environment paragraph, Pay, Bonus, Benefits paragraph, maybe also "Why join us?" but that's more fluff; but it's substantive? It's promotional but still part of posting. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." "Why join us?" is not boilerplate; it's a motivational section. Might keep. But we need to avoid creating sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Thus we will produce sections:

      Working Environment

This position operates throughout manufacturing, warehouse, utility, maintenance shop, and outdoor environments. The role regularly requires walking, standing, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting materials, and working around moving machinery and industrial equipment. Required PPE includes safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed footwear, and any additional task-specific personal protective equipment required by the work area.

We might also include "Why join us?" but it's fluff; maybe we can omit to keep sections few. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; "Why join us?" is substantive? It's promotional but still part of posting. The instruction didn't say to remove promotional content. It said remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should keep "Why join us?" as it's not those. Could add a section

      About the company

      or

      Why join us?

. But we already have About the role; maybe we can add a section

      Why join us?

with that paragraph. Let's include it.
