ICBM Physical Security Analyst
About the role
The opportunity is for a Physical Security Analyst, ICBM, to support Headquarters Air Force or Air Force Global Strike Command in a staff role, focusing on nuclear weapon security policy and conducting inspections. You will analyze system requirements, assess risk, and evaluate designs to ensure weapon safety and security.
Responsibilities
- Support HQ AFSOC in developing and implementing policies related to nuclear weapon security
- Conduct risk assessments and analyze design documentation to validate requirements
- Write technical reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing security systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security solutions
- Ensure compliance with DoD directives and regulations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting HQ AFSOC or HQ AFSOC in a staff role
- 5+ years of experience supporting Squadron or Wing nuclear weapon physical security operations
- Knowledge of DoDM 5210.41, AFMANs 31-108 and 31-133, and DAFI 31-101
- Secret clearance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience conducting risk assessments
- Experience analyzing design documentation to validate requirements
- Knowledge of MBSE principles
- Knowledge of DAFMANs 91-118 and 91-119 and DAFIs 91-101 and 63-125
Skills
- Strong analytical and operational skills
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen's benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
