The role
The Independent Contractor (IC) Therapist at Highland Springs Specialty Clinic, Boise, requires full licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC).
Responsibilities
- Positive engagement with clients while building trust and rapport
- Develop specialized treatment tailored to each client's needs and goals using treatment planning, individual psychotherapy, and evidence-based treatment approaches
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College
- Current certification as either: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC
- 2+ years’ experience in social services
- 2+ years of experience providing customer service
Qualifications
Must be licensed, or willing to get licensure, in the State of Idaho.
