Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and optimize rich conversational flows using IBM WatsonX Orchestrate AI technologies.
  • Integrate enterprise data sources to deliver context-aware, trustworthy responses.
  • Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and backend teams to define requirements, influence features, and ensure scalable, user-centric solutions.
  • Apply clean coding skills and best practices.
  • Collaborate with user interface designers and backend application integration teams to understand the mechanisms through which the conversational AI solution will be used and what is needed to fulfill intents.
  • Collaborate with teams and other developers to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain a chatbot.
  • Troubleshoot bots, debug, and deploy chatbots on various channels (voice/chat).
  • Leverage AI, NLP Technologies, and cognitive machine learning to develop chatbot applications.
  • Integrate chatbot solutions with multiple platforms.
  • Enhance user effectiveness of the conversational agents with the help of advanced technologies.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of emerging technologies and analytics techniques and support the pursuit of business development opportunities.
  • Tune and enhance Speech to Text models.

Qualifications

  • 10 to 14 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on conversational AI and IBM WatsonX Orchestrate technologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing AI conversations that integrate external APIs via cloud functions or system integrations.
  • Experience in working with user interface designers and backend application integration teams to understand and meet user needs.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and cognitive technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
