IBM Mold Set Up Technician B
for section headings
- Use - for lists
- Use
for prose
- Don't repeat job title as heading
- Don't put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings
- Preserve ALL substantive information
- Remove boilerplate (EEO, E-Verify, scam warnings, application instructions, navigation, cookie, legal)
- Include section ONLY when real specific content exists
- Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text
- Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them
- Output ONLY HTML fragment, no /, no markdown code fences
Let me structure:
1. Pay section: "Hourly Rate DOE $25-$35" - this is specific pay info, so include Pay section.
2. Responsibilities: 3.1-3.11 - list items
3. Qualifications: has subsections. I'll make Qualifications as main heading, then sub-sections? The rules say use
for section headings. Could do nested headings but only h3 allowed? The instruction says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So I should use h3 for each major section. For subsections like Skills, Education, Physical Requirements, I could make them separate h3 sections or include under Qualifications. Since they are distinct, I'll make them separate h3 sections: Skills, Education, Physical Requirements. But the original has "Qualifications" as 4.0 with subsections. I'll create h3 for Qualifications, then maybe use h4? Not allowed. Better to make each subsection a separate h3: "Skills", "Education", "Physical Requirements". However, the instruction says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So Skills, Qualifications, Education, Physical Requirements are all valid section headings. I'll treat them as separate sections.
But note: "Qualifications" is a heading in the posting. I'll keep "Qualifications" as h3, then within it, I could have sub-lists. But the rule says use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The skills list is a list of requirements. I'll make "Skills" as a separate h3 section with a list. Similarly "Education" and "Physical Requirements". However, the posting groups them under Qualifications. I'll follow the posting structure: create a Qualifications section with prose intro? Actually the posting has "4.0 Qualifications" then "4.1 Skills", "4.2 Education", "4.3 Physical Requirements". I'll create three separate h3 sections: "Skills", "Education", "Physical Requirements". That seems more semantic.
Also "Organization Relationship" - reports to Process Engineering Supervisor. Could be a short section "Reporting" or "Organization Relationship". I'll include as "Reporting" or "Organization Relationship". Use h3.
"Our Expectations" is company values/culture prose. Could be "About the Company" or "Culture". But the instruction says include section ONLY when real specific content. This is generic boilerplate about Amcor values. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO/legal, but it's generic marketing. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is company values, not exactly boilerplate but could be considered filler. However, it's part of the posting. I'll include as "Company Values" or "Our Expectations" with prose.
Benefits section: listed at end with specific benefits. Include Benefits section with list.
Now, remove EEO, E-Verify, application instructions (call number for accommodation), and the "Equal Opportunity Employer" paragraph. Also remove "To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit www.amcor.com I LinkedIn I Glassdoor I Facebook I YouTube" - that's navigation/marketing.
Also remove "If you would like more information about your EEO rights..." and "E-Verify" paragraph.
Now, let's write HTML.
