IBM Maximo Technofunctional Specialist - Equipment Maintenance Engineer (Onsite in Litiz, PA)

Responsibilities

• Create, review, restructure, and revise Maximo Job Plans and Preventive Maintenance records.
• Convert unstructured procedures, attachments, and OEM manuals into clear, sequenced, and executable Job Plan Tasks.
• Define task duration, labor, crafts, materials, tools, safety requirements, inspection points, and completion criteria.
• Configure and validate time-, meter-, seasonal-, and condition-based PM schedules and Work Order generation parameters.
• Verify Job Plan and PM alignment with assets, locations, routes, equipment classes, and parent-child hierarchies.
• Review PM frequencies and maintenance coverage to eliminate duplicate, obsolete, conflicting, or incomplete records.
• Interpret mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and general maintenance procedures while preserving the approved technical intent.
• Ensure task-level traceability, HSE compliance, technician evidence, data quality, approval control, and audit readiness.
• Prepare loading templates and support data migration, testing, reconciliation, Maximo Mobile validation, and production deployment using supported Maximo MxLoader.
• Collaborate with planners, technicians, engineers, reliability, operations, HSE, and Maximo teams; provide status reporting, user guidance, and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure no direct database updates or unsupported Maximo custom development are performed.

Skills

• Proficiency in IBM Maximo Job Plans and Preventive Maintenance configuration.
• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and general maintenance procedures.
• Experience with Maximo MxLoader for data migration and validation.
• Knowledge of time-, meter-, seasonal-, and condition-based PM scheduling.
• Understanding of asset hierarchies, locations, routes, and equipment classes in Maximo.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Attention to detail for ensuring HSE compliance, data quality, and audit readiness.
