IBM Maximo EAM Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and solution design for IBM Maximo EAM implementations.
• Design and oversee integration between IBM Maximo and SAP systems (SAP EAM / SAP ERP).
• Congduct business and technical workshops with stakeholders during onsite visits.
• Define enterprise architecture, system integrations, and solution blueprints.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural governance for EAM solutions.
• Ensure proper asset lifecycle management processes including maintenance, reliability, and asset optimization.
• Collaborate with SAP teams, integration teams, and business users to ensure seamless system connectivity.
• Define integration strategies using APIs, middleware, or enterprise integration tools.
• Oversee solution implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure best practices, scalability, and performance of the EAM architecture.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of IT experience with strong focus on Enterprise Asset Management solutions.
• Extensive experience working with IBM Maximo EAM platform.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect in EAM implementations.
• Strong experience in integrating IBM Maximo with SAP systems.
• Deep understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and reliability strategies.
• Experience with integration frameworks, APIs, middleware, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions, stakeholder workshops.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
