IBM Maximo Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize, test, and maintain IBM Maximo Application Suite solutions supporting our maintenance, logistics, and asset management operations.
• Develop workflows, automation scripts, interfaces, and application enhancements.
• Troubleshoot defects and performance issues.
• Implement solutions that support a highly customized FEM environment.
• Work closely with Government stakeholders, product owners, and Agile teams to analyze requirements, develop technical solutions, and support the full software development lifecycle.
• Support system integrations, data migration activities, database development, and modernization initiatives.
• Participate in Program Increment planning, sprint activities, testing, code reviews, and software releases.
• Adhere to DevSecOps, configuration management, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Support RMF compliance, vulnerability remediation, technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and user support activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience associated with Software Development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing, configuring, or supporting IBM Maximo solutions.
• Experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and/or IBM Maximo Asset Management.
• Experience developing Maximo workflows, automation scripts, business objects, domains, escalations, and application customizations.
• Experience supporting highly customized Maximo environments beyond standard out-of-the-box functionality.
• Experience supporting enterprise asset management, facilities management, logistics, maintenance, or equipment management systems.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience supporting IBM Maximo Application Suite within a modern DevSecOps environment, including the configuration, deployment, testing, and sustainment of Maximo applications through automated Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Secret Clearance.
