IBM ITX Developer / Support Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IBM ITX Developer / Support Engineer with expertise in IBM Transformation Extender (ITX), SQL, and Unix/Linux environments. Candidates should be flexible to provide production support and work in rotational shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support IBM ITX maps and integrations
• Work on data transformation and EDI/integration processes
• Troubleshoot production issues and support batch processing jobs
• Perform SQL queries, data validation, and issue analysis
• Support applications in Unix/Linux environments
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution
