IB and Authentic Learning TOSA - 2 Year

Responsibilities

• Provide program implementation research, identification, and implementation support and guidance across the district and individual schools.
• Help teachers analyze their teaching behaviors to increase student performance in the program.
• Work with building principals, leadership teams, and teachers.
• Facilitate the process for adopting, implementing, and monitoring a PRE-K-12 district program plan including assessment, instruction, professional development, and program evaluation.
• Stay current in instructional strategies.
• Model and coach teachers in program strategies.
