IAR Reconciliation, Finance Analyst

About the role

The Finance Operations Analyst role is eligible for Priceline's hybrid work model, which includes two days in the office (IAR Reconciliation).

Responsibilities

• Ensure success for critical daily, weekly, and monthly invoice reconciliation and payments.
• Perform research analysis to identify system or process trends and issues requiring escalation.
• Make recommendations for issue resolution and process improvement.
• Onboard testing of new suppliers to financial systems.
• Daily monitoring and troubleshooting settlement and reporting data/tool discrepancies for all points of sale.
• Escalate issues appropriately as needed.
• Support operations teams for project-related work.
• Provide ad hoc reports for various departments.
• Aid in creating standard procedure documentation and conducting training sessions.
• Work closely with FinOps team members to assist and guide where needed.
• Assist in resolving payment authorization and backup issues.

Requirements

• 1+ years of airline or GDS (Flight) experience.
• 1+ years of financial operations and/or accounts payable experience, preferably within a large, publicly traded company.
• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines (Accounting, Business, etc.).
• High proficiency in Excel skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication both internally and externally.
• Ability to work independently or with a team, depending on the task.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced/rapidly changing environment.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000K USD.
• Annual bonus and/or equity grant eligibility.

• $60,000 to $75,000K USD.

Schedule

• Hybrid work model: Two days in the office (IAR Reconciliation), with flexibility to work remotely or in the office on the remaining days.
