Responsibilities
- Build industry standard Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and deploy respective technologies supporting business enablement.
- Ensure solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage, and/or loss.
- Manage troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
- Maintain, patch, operate, and monitor IAM systems and solutions.
- Create and manage master trackers for monitoring progress and reporting of key metrics.
- Train business stakeholders and team members on IAM products and solutions.
- Contribute to team results and achieve team goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams (including offshore teams) and manage assigned deliverables.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Directory Service solutions, Authentication methods such as AD, DNS, LDAP, MFA, Federation and Certificates.
- Hands-on technical experience in IAM and Privileged Access solutions such as CyberArk, Duo, etc.
- Experience with information security concepts such as authentication, access control, and protocols like SAML, SSO, and LDAP.
- Able to analyze risks and design appropriate IAM security patterns (provisioning, habilitation workflow, authentication, master data authorities, segregation of duty, privileged access management, federation).
- Good understanding of REST API’s, JSON, and PowerShell scripting.
- Ability to document technical business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status reports, and other essential business communications.
- Understanding of hospital business operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of IT applications in the practicing healthcare environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both collaboratively on a team or self-guided with minimal supervision.
- Strong background in customer service.
Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $94,993.60 to $128,232.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
