The Role Provide support and analysis for IAM applications, focusing on mitigating controls, requirements gathering, design, and maintenance. Conduct QA testing for IAM processes, configurations, reporting, and application onboarding, especially within SailPoint IIQ. Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define IAM processes and ensure adherence to audit and compliance standards. Assist in managing application onboarding for automated provisioning, user access reporting, and password resets. Research and implement solutions for issues identified during testing, and assist with audit walk-throughs and risk analysis. Monitor and escalate open findings to IAM leadership, providing status updates on a regular basis. What You'll Need 5-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Information Security, with strong general IT experience. Proficiency in IAM concepts and hands-on experience with SailPoint (specifically SailPoint IIQ). Proven experience in QA/Testing of IAM processes, including executing test scripts and validating changes. Strong understanding of governance/compliance, including working with auditors and explaining IAM processes. Advanced knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and security frameworks like NIST, COBiT, ISO 27001. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. What's On Offer Opportunity for a long-term contract with potential for full-time conversion.
