Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Handling of day to day provisioning operations including onboarding, offboarding, access requests, queue management and customer service needs.
- Engage and interact with other HRC and other IT departments to ensure future efforts (ours and their’s) result in continued uninterrupted delivery of all IAM services.
- Review current documentation such as Procedures, run books, and Knowledge Base Articles used by the Service Desk.
- Review and/or establish Best Practices where applicable.
- Basic understanding of IAM concepts such as user lifecycle management, IAM tools and training in all applicable team processes.
- Serve as the central point of contact for information security on IAM policy and process related issues.
- Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation
Required Education and/or Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an operations and support environment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot access, account, and system-related issues.
- Experience with Active Directory account creation and modification, Exchange mailbox creation and modification, Outlook features and functionality, and application testing methodologies and execution.
- Strong understanding of user support requirements.
- Effective planning and analytical skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Working with Okta, AD, Active Roles or comparable Identity Management Platforms.
- At least two years of experience in identity and access management or a related field.

Pay
The target salary range for this role is $88,700 - $113,000 if located in California. Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
