IAM Platform Support Specialist - Spanish Bilingual

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise IAM environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, authorization, provisioning, and SSO-related incidents.
  • Support identity lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, role management, and deprovisioning.
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
  • Support user access reviews, compliance activities, and audit requests.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and drive resolution through closure.
  • Assist with platform upgrades, patching, and operational maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Experience with at least one of the following: SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Verify, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
  • Experience troubleshooting IAM-related incidents and service requests.
  • Understanding of access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity governance concepts.
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, or rotational schedules.
