IAM Engineer 1
What's the Job?
Support and enhance digital identity security by administering identity and access management solutions. Collaborate with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient access provisioning. Automate identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, to improve accuracy and reduce manual efforts. Maintain the security and reliability of identity platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and Duo Security. Monitor, identify, and remediate access anomalies and misconfigurations to reduce security risks.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- At least 5 years of progressive experience within relevant IT roles
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in identity and access management, systems administration, or cybersecurity
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and knowledge of automation tools to support IAM processes

The IAM Engineer 1 will be part of the Information Security department supporting the IT division. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
